The Samsung DC64-03690A Washing Machine Door Diaphragm protects the front-load element in the machine to avoid water leaks when washing and spinning. It is made of a resistant and extremely resilient substance that is movable and fits around a door opening and joins with the outer tub to create a waterproof shield. It is placed between the door glass and the tub and cushions the door seal, as well as minimizes vibration. A ruined or defective diaphragm can be replaced to provide a tight water seal, prevent door leaks, and assist in keeping the floors of laundry areas dry.
