The Samsung DA97-21808F Refrigerator Control Cover Assembly RF9000A protects the temperature control compartment against air and debris. It is snap-fitted over the control module and regulates the cold air flow around the bulb of the thermostat without obstructing adjustment dials. Interior baffles direct airflow to have the proper reading of the compartment temperatures to ensure cycling. It is embedded on the upper liner of the refrigerator over the control housing, and it is positioned next to other shields to form the structure to ensure consistent cooling operation.
