The Samsung BN44-00816A TV DC Voltage Source Supply/Power Distribution Board is fitted within LED and LCD televisions to control and distribute the electrical power to all the components. The board rectifies alternating current supplied by an external power source to steady direct current voltages needed by the mainboard, backlight and other internal circuits. It works by taking the signal of the power cord and converting the high-voltage AC into multiple DC outputs by use of the integrated circuits, capacitors and transformers.
