WR17X12494
The General Electric WR17X12494 Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Paddle is used to initiate ice dispensing from an appliance unit. It used to pass on the pressure applied by the user into a switch reaction, leading to the ice release cycle and operates on a pivot system that forces the internal dispenser switch when activated. The component is attached to the outer dispenser part of the freezer door and installed in the ice chute assembly. Correct alignment will facilitate the transmission of the signal to the control switch and this design contributes to the working of the dispensing of ice.
