Product Description
The Midea 17431000030384 Freezer Defrost Heater generates heat along the evaporator coil to melt accumulated frost during the defrost cycle. It is mounted on or close to the evaporator coil within the freezer cabinet, in which its electrical connection interfaces with the defrost control board and harness. The tubular element of the heater has clips attached to it, which are mounted on the coil surfaces. It allows controlled defrosting with defrost control circuit activation to allow controlled frost removal and optimal consistency in temperature during defrost and cooling operation cycles.
