The Midea 12131000096706 Refrigerator Crushed Ice Assembly will chop the ice cubes into a smaller size and direct them into the dispenser chute. It works by use of a blades and a rotational drive system that is driven by the freezer motor and the ice is crushed as it passes through the housing. It is installed in the ice box and is firmly attached to internal tabs and attached to the auger system. This positioning will ensure effortless dispensing, standard size of ice and dependable contact with the dispenser parts.
