Installation Steps

Step 1: The power source to the washer is disconnected and the plug is removed.

Step 2: The agitator shaft, situated at the center of the tub, at the bottom of the agitator, is identified.

Step 3: The two screws securing the agitator shift actuator coupling are taken out.

Step 4: The agitator shift actuator coupling is detached from the agitator shaft.

Step 5: The new agitator shift actuator coupling is installed in place of the old one.

Step 6: The new agitator shift actuator coupling is fastened using the two screws.

Step 7: The power source is reconnected and the washer is activated.
