The Majestic 26D2529 Stove ODS Pilot Assembly Natural Gas regulates the fireplace by supplying a constant pilot light and evaluating the oxygen levels. It balances activity with the built-in oxygen-depletion sensor and thermocouple which interface with the gas valve assembly. It is located close to the main burner and is used to stabilize the pilot flame and is linked to the control system. This design allows safe ignition, stable flame operation and accurate automatic shutdown in the case of unsafe conditions.
