Product Description
The Frigidaire 131390000 Washer Lid Strike supports the appliance to detect when the lid is properly closed during operation. It fits on the washer lid and fits on the lid switch or latch system on the cabinet frame. With the lid closed, the strike will contact the switch assembly and provide a signal that will enable the washer to start and run. Upon opening the lid, the switch is switched off to prevent operation to ensure security and this is used to support proper lid detection, locking and a uniform secure response during the wash cycles.
