Product Description

The Hisense K1512634 Refrigerator Compressor Starter is a replacement part that assists by providing the electrical power at the time of start-up. Its main purpose is to supply initial current to the compressor in order to enable it to start and pump in the cooling. The mechanism operates on a starter component, which permits a rush of electricity when power is switched on but switches to normal running current when the compressor has reached the operating speed. It is mounted in the compressor compartment of the back of the unit and is fitted by hooking up to the compressor terminals.
