The Grindmaster W0430028 Beverage Freezer Pickled Stator Weldment Rod is a structural component in the stator assembly of the appliance to provide a fixed location and electrical isolation of the stator windings that magnetically rotate around the motor rotor. Pickling is done to prepare the steel surface for consistent performance. It can be installed in the motor housing of the drive system of the beverage freezer to make sure that the magnetic parts are correctly aligned, such that the rotor reacts properly to the energized stator field when it is in operation.
