The Grindmaster V006AL Fryer Basket GF8 Model is used to contain foodstuffs when immersed in heated oil to allow the exposure of the food to cooking temperatures to be controlled. It is applied in the fryer tank where it is held in support rails or hooks and contacts the fryer vessel when loading and unloading. The basket has a handle assembly to ensure that it can be positioned, but the oil can circulate among the items. It allows uniform submersion and elimination, aids in maintaining uniform heat transfer and facilitates frying cycles.
