The Grindmaster L408A Electric Deep Fat Fryer ON/OFF-Switch Fixed / Momentary controls electrical power delivery to the appliance by enabling fixed on/off states and momentary activation for specific operation. It is mounted on the control panel of the fryer, and is connected to the internal wiring harness by several terminal tabs, which connect it to the heating elements, the control circuitry and the safety elements. A rocker system is provided in the switch to alternate positions and to synchronize signal flow to related systems.
