The Grindmaster L112A Gas Fryer High Limit Thermostat GF8/16/28 is used to check the temperature of oil and cut the gas supply when the temperature reaches an agreed safe level, and prevent overheating and possible risks that could cause an internal contact when the set limit is exceeded. It is installed in the control or thermostat port of the fryer and connected with the gas valve or control circuit. When installed, it provides safe over-temperature protection and assists to make the operation safer, preventing the excessive amount of heat accumulation in the course of the normal operation.
