The Grindmaster G250Q Electric Fryer Heating Element 6kW 208V EFP40M is used to heat cooking oil smoothly and efficiently. Its primary function is to change electrical energy into regulated heat to attain the right frying temperatures. The element is heated by potent wooden heating coils that spread the heat uniformly when it is energized at 208 volts. It enters the fryer tank and is directly attached to the electrical terminals of the fryer. An element provides better heat-coordinated cooking and consistent and efficient fryer operation.
