The Grindmaster A536-009 Solid State Thermostat 155 °C 205 °C manages the temperature of the appliance. This control detects the operating conditions and regulates power to keep it in the range of operation, so that liquids can be served and kept at the correct temperatures. It is designed as a solid-state circuit so that it would respond consistently without mechanical switching. Fitted in-line in the control compartment by the heating circuit, it communicates with the sensors and power leads to control the amount of heat produced.
