Product Description
The Grindmaster A515075 Holding Contact Thermostat URN/H is used to measure temperature and turn on or off electrical contacts to control heat in the holding assembly. The contacts are opened or closed as the sensing element detects a temperature increase or decrease so that the heating circuit can hold or decrease thermal output and stabilize the controlled process at the desired point without cyclic revisiting. It is placed in the control housing of the appliance in a manner that puts it in line with the heating unit and sensor to allow temperature and switching of contacts to be accurate within the system.
