Product Description
The Grindmaster 346-00012 Electric Counter Fryer Hi-Limit Thermostat EL15/25/6 measures the temperature inside the component and stops power flow to the heating element when preset limits are met. It is mounted in the control housing of the fryer, close to the heating section, and is connected to the thermal circuit and sensing probe. The thermostat reacts to an increase in temperature and closes the circuit to avoid overheating and, consequently, switches back to normal acceptable conditions. It is placed in a manner that coordinates with heating controls and safety systems during repeated cooking cycles.
