The Grindmaster 344-00055 Cheesemelter Infinite Switch 240V adjusts the amount of heat produced by turning electrical current on or off at pre-set time intervals to the heating element. It attaches to the power supply and heating element behind the control panel of the cheesemelter unit and is wired to the terminal with terminal wiring to operate at 240 volts. The switch has internal contacts and that varies the cycles depending on the position of the knob. It organizes the heat level and assists in maintaining consistent thermal temperature.
