The Grindmaster 320-00041 Shuttle Brewer Heater 3700W/240V produces heat to keep the temperature of the brewing water in the appliance. It is operated by a thermostat-controlled circuit that turns 3700W on and off to maintain accurate temperatures during brewing and holding phases to provide constant delivery of hot water to the appliance. The tubular element is directly coupled to contained water through conduction, and overheating is prevented by safety limits. It is located in the shuttle assembly and linked to the base electrical receptacle to operate during the brewing sessions.
