The Grindmaster 231-01371 Cold Beverage Dispenser Fan Motor & Blade circulates air in a cold drink dispenser to assist in maintaining constant temperatures inside the machine. Its work provides for moving air over cooling coils and circulating it all over the dispensing chamber. This motor moves the attached blade to generate airflow and appears after hot spots. It is fitted within the dispenser casing adjacent to the evaporator and provides a stable temperature, aids in effective heat exchange and assists in maintaining a desired level of beverage coolness when used regularly.
