The Grindmaster 01504L Sandwich Grill Upper Element 120 V TSG provides heating to the grooved upper cast-iron plate in the appliance. The tubular sheath is a type of element that is embedded in the plate surface to emit infrared heat to quickly toast the surface in each compression cycle when making sandwiches. Thermostatic control switches power to hold constant temperatures and is attached with a hinge mechanism to the upper platen assembly. It is a replacement of worn-out elements to reclaim even browning and pressing performance.
