The General Electric WR13X25617 Refrigerator Hinge Top Assembly Left Hand allows the door on the left to be supported and controlled, whereby when opening or closing the door, it moves easily. It is used to fix the upper part of the left-hand door to the refrigerator cabinet and provide a stable and aligned pivot point. The hinge top assembly is attached to the top corner of the refrigerator and connects to the bottom hinge with which the door moves and fits correctly. During operation, it interacts with the door and the bottom contact point to allow controlled swivel movement and proper door position on closing.
