The General Electric WR07X10096 Refrigerator Compressor Controller supports in controlling the compressor-on and compressor-off buttons to ensure cooling is constant within the appliance. It operates on the direction of observing the temperature indicators and turning the compressor on or off, depending on whether or not the proper cold air level needs to be maintained. It is installed in the refrigerator close to the compressor assembly and is linked to the wiring harness.
