The General Electric WD21X30918 Dishwasher User Interface Board is an electronic control interface that interprets user inputs and transmits operation commands to the primary control system. It is placed in the control panel section of the door assembly which corresponds to the touchpad or button interface and display section, to touch and interact directly with the user. The board communicates with internal wiring harnesses and the major control module to send signals and receive feedback. It assists in the choice of cycles, status reporting and coordinated control responses, which maintain constant execution of programmed washing and system control cycles.
