The General Electric WB36X24894 Range Panel & Cover Assembly is a structural safety measure and provides ease of access to the internal parts of the appliance control area. It is overlaid on the electrical and mechanical modules of the range and encloses wiring, switches and connectors in addition to supporting user interface components. It allows uniform component positioning for safe operation and is in line with the dimensional and mounting specifications of the range. This cover and panel assembly attaches with fasteners and snap-fitting capabilities to provide the attachment of a stable function during the regular cooking cycles.
