The General Electric WB27K10304 Range Control Display Module receives user inputs and displays the status of the cycles to the user using the internal timer and overlay interface. Touchpads note the selection of a knob and translate the selection into a control signal to the appliance functions and light up a segment display that provides time, mode, and temperature information. It used to synchronize activities among heating components and sensors during the bake, broil, and timed functions. It is mounted at the front console, and it is above the cooktop frame, where it attaches to the control panel using the screw retainers and ribbon connectors.
