Product Description

The General Electric WB13X25099 Range Igniter Glowbar is used to produce the high-intensity heat required to start gas burners on an appliance. It operates based on a resistive ceramic element that becomes heated to a glowing temperature when electrical current is passed through the element which causes combustion at the burner ports. It is placed in the burner assembly, where the glowbar fits in line with the gas outlet and is connected to the electrical terminals.
