The Electrolux 5303935232 Range Burner Valve with Mounting Screw 12K controls the supply of gas to a certain burner based on the preferred heat settings. The valve opens when the control knob or electronic control is switched on and gas is allowed to flow through its internal passage at a predetermined charge and closes when not in use. It also communicates with the ignition system to aid in the safe light-up of the burner. The valve will be installed underneath the surface and attached to the range frame and fuel line and burner assembly to integrate the operations.
