The Electrolux 316400801 Range Bake Burner Shield is to safeguard the conditioning components and redirect the heat towards areas of the bake burner. It is shaped to enclose the burner assembly and protect other components from the flame. The shield is fitted below the floor of the oven, or inside the low bake compartment, and fixed to special mounting points. It is used together with the bake burner and airflow system to assist in the even distribution of heat.
