The Electrolux 0CK298 Oven Adhesive Membrane Touch is a control interface surface. The purpose of it is to make electrical contact when pressed and allow the control system to interpret selections. The membrane is made to work through flexing under pressure to connect circuitry routes to specific functions that are chosen. It mounts onto the rear of the adhesive surface of the front panel of the oven and coincides with control cutouts. After fitting, it assists in correct input identification and proper communication with internal electronics.
