The Electrolux 0C4426 Steam Oven Reservoir Tank Assembly is the store of the water to be converted into steam in the appliance during the cooking cycles. It is supplied with water by the supplying tank through a valve that pushes it into the boiling compartment, where a heating component evaporates the liquid into steam, which flows to the part chamber. To control the flow and avoid the early discharge, a separating wall delays the heat transfer between the receiving and boiling sections. It is installed at the bottom of the chassis of the appliance and connects to the water tank at the top and the steam tube to the cooking cavity.
