The Electrolux 006309 Oven Tub Drain controls the liquids and condensation outside of the cavity to keep the inside clean and clear of the appliance. It is fixed at the bottom of the tub in a way that it aligns with the drainage pathway to enable the proper flow towards either the collection or disposal system. The drain enables the drainage of moisture and runoff in the process of operation and enables the appliance to keep operating steadily. It is located in the lower cavity it becomes part of any heating of components coming into contact with it.
