LG EBG61108912 Air Conditioner NTC Thermistor Temperature Sensor Assembly

Step 1: The refrigerator's power supply is turned off and it is disconnected from the wall outlet.

Step 2: The EBG61108912 LG thermistor temperature sensor assembly situated in the upper back-right section of the refrigerator's interior is found.

Step 3: It is carefully extracted from the housing and the two wiring clips linked to the sensor are detached.

Step 4: The current wires are snipped and they are stripped to reveal the copper at the ends.

Step 5: The new EBG61108912 LG thermistor temperature sensor assembly is installed using the same wiring clips that were disconnected earlier.

Step 6: The two new wires are joined together and they are fastened with electrical tape.

Step 7: The new assembly is reinserted into the housing and the refrigerator is reconnected to the wall outlet.

Step 8: The refrigerator is re-energized and it is verified that the thermistor temperature sensor is functioning properly.
