Step 1: The refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet.
Step 2: The rear section of the refrigerator should be accessed.
Step 3: The screws that are securing the Avanti Products DG8-501 Avanti Defrost Sensor should be identified and taken out.
Step 4: After the screws have been taken out, the sensor should be gently separated from the refrigerator’s wiring using the pliers.
Step 5: The new Avanti Products DG8-501 Avanti Defrost Sensor should be placed into the designated terminal.
Step 6: The sensor should be fastened using the screws that were removed earlier.
Step 7: The rear panel of the refrigerator should be closed and the power source should be reconnected.
A new, operational Avanti Products DG8-501 Avanti Defrost Sensor will now be featured by your Avanti Products refrigerator. Confidence can be had that optimal performance will be delivered by your refrigerator.
