Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet and all food items should be taken out.

Step 2: The lower front panel of the fridge should be detached. The screws securing the panel should be unscrewed using a Phillips screwdriver.

Step 3: The evaporator motor fan assembly should be identified. It can be found on the back wall of the refrigerator, positioned behind the crisper drawers.

Step 4: The two mounting screws that are securing the evaporator motor fan assembly should be removed.

Step 5: The wiring harness should be unplugged from the motor by gently pulling the connector.

Step 6: The existing DA81-06013A Samsung Refrigerator Evaporator Motor Fan Assembly should be taken out and the new one should be installed.

Step 7: The wiring harness should be connected to the new motor by firmly pushing the connector in.

Step 8: The new motor should be fastened into position with the two mounting screws.

Step 9: The lower front panel of the refrigerator should be replaced and secured with the screws.

Step 10: The refrigerator should be reconnected to the power source and all food items should be returned.
