Installation Steps

Step 1: The Samsung refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply valve should be deactivated.

Step 2: The refrigerator door should be removed by loosening the screws on the top hinge cover and the bottom hinge cover.

Step 3: The refrigerator door should be gently detached and placed on a stable, protected surface.

Step 4: The closing cam support DA61-02383E should be identified, positioned on the right side of the refrigerator door.

Step 5: The fasteners securing the closing cam support DA61-02383E should be unscrewed.

Step 6: After the screws have been taken out, the old closing cam support DA61-02383E can be extracted.

Step 7: The new closing cam support DA61-02383E should be inserted into the precise location from which the original was taken.

Step 8: The new closing cam support DA61-02383E should be fastened with the screws removed in Step 5.

Step 9: The refrigerator door should be reattached by tightening the top hinge cover screws and the bottom hinge cover screws.

Step 10: The Samsung refrigerator should be reconnected to the electrical outlet and the water supply valve should be activated.
