The Cuisinart DLC-836TX-1 6x6mm French Fry -Cut Disc operates by pushing vegetables or fruits through the feed tube in such a way that the spinning disc slices them into sticks that are suitable to make vegetable sticks or chop uniformly. It is attached to the removable stem adapter on the processor bowl as an alternative to regular blades or discs. It uses the cutting grid to make sure that the produce passes through the cutting grid.
