The Cuisinart DLC-018BGTXT1 Food Processor Large Pusher/Sleeve Assembly aids in directing the food ingredients to the work bowl. It assists in the transfer of food in the feed chute to the cutting blades. The assembly is operated by the insertion of a pusher into a control sleeve that enables the downward pressure of ingredients to be applied and at the same time protects hands. It is attached to the feed tube of the processor when it is in operation and requires no additional tools.
