The Chromalox Inc. ROP-N Bake Element 250V/2300W generates resistive heat for the appliance cavity to maintain controlled temperature conditions during baking operation. Positioned near the bottom of the cooking cavity, it produces the heat required for baking operations by transferring electrical current into thermal heat. The element works with the appliance control system to maintain selected temperature settings throughout cooking cycles.
