The Blomberg 223900101 Range Safety Tap 0.32 7" DIA regulates the fuel flow to the burner assembly to permit safe ignition and hold the flame at a constant level. It is attached to the gas manifold portion of the range and is found in the area between the inlet supply line and the burner injector pathways. It is connected to the control valve mechanism's sealing components to ensure the calibration of pressure and reliability of shutoff. It provides controlled combustion and normal operation cycles such as ignition sequencing heat control, and cooking temperature stability.
