The Bertazzoni 502284 Range Gas Valve By Pass 031 is an external supply of fuel flow that goes around the main gas valve to enable fine-tuning. The bypass valve is installed in the gas manifold located between the incoming supply and individual burner feed ports with threaded fittings and mounting brackets connecting it to the main valve part and adjacent passages. It has a calibrated orifice and valve seating, which channels the internal manifold to ensure controlled flow. The valve provides stable gas delivery and combustion properties in normal cooking.
