The Bertazzoni 502178 Range ByPass Gas Valve Ignitor 073+Micro Switch regulates gas flow and ignition to the appliance burners. It operates by opening the gas pathway as the ignitor produces a spark, to have safe and correct initiation of the flame. It is placed in the cooktop assembly and is firmly connected to the gas line, ignitor, and control system to operate and sustain the performance in the operations of the heating and ignition system.
