The Amana 14169104 Oven Antenna Motor and Gears Kit is used to rotate the appliance antenna assembly to ensure all the internal components coordinate their movements during the cooking process. It is mounted inside the rear motor compartment of the oven behind the liner, with a connection to the antenna shaft and an interface with the appliance wiring harness to get controlled electrical input. The assembly is made of a drive motor with a compatible set of gears that pass the torque using the spindle connection without turning out of the intended mounting areas. It assists in the control of the antennas during normal oven cooking process.
