Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: Next, the rear panel of the refrigerator should be found. It should be detached and placed aside.

Step 3: The icemaker assembly should be identified and the wiring harness should be detached.

Step 4: The screws securing the icemaker assembly should be removed and it should be gently taken out.

Step 5: The new AEQ36756901 LG Refrigerator Icemaker Assembly Kit should be inserted into the area that was just cleared.

Step 6: The wiring harness should be reconnected and the icemaker assembly should be fastened back into position.

Step 7: The rear panel should be reattached and the refrigerator should be reconnected to the power supply.

Step 8: The icemaker should be activated using the appropriate button and its functionality should be verified.

Step 9: After confirming everything is functioning, your fresh and icy cold ice should be enjoyed!
