Product Description
The Panasonic ADD96A1054 Bread Maker Kneading Blade mixes and kneads to provide the same consistency throughout the bread-making cycles. It is mounted to the bread pan spindle of the bread maker, so that it can freely rotate and contact the motor-driven shaft, and be connected to pass on torque through the drive system. The blade is rotated and cuts ingredients according to the mixing program. It synchronizes kneading rates and times with the heating and rising process to facilitate uniform dough growth and normal operation periods in bread making.
