The LG AAP73051304 Door Basket Assembly is used to place in the door of the refrigerator and store bottles, jars, condiments, and other small items. Simply locks into position and does not wobble even if the door is opened and closed severally. The open-top design makes it convenient and simple to access the items in the store and see what is inside without having to rummage through the shelves. Installation Steps
Step 1: The refrigerator is disconnected from the power source and repositioned away from the wall.
Step 2: The top door shelf is detached by taking out the two screws that hold it in place. The plastic tabs located at the front of the shelf are pressed to disengage it.
Step 3: The items are removed from the shelf, including drinks and condiments, and placed on a stable surface.
Step 4: A Phillips head screwdriver is employed to take out the four screws positioned at the bottom of the door basket (bin) assembly.
Step 5: The door basket (bin) assembly is gently elevated out of the refrigerator door and set aside.
Step 6: The new AAP73051304 LG Refrigerator Door Basket (Bin) Assembly is inserted into the door’s opening.
Step 7: The new assembly is fastened by utilizing the four screws that were previously removed.
Step 8: The top door shelf is reinstalled using the two screws. The plastic tabs are pushed to lock the shelf in place.
Step 9: The shelf is replenished with the items that had been set aside.
Step 10: The refrigerator is reconnected to the power source and returned to its initial location.
