Installation Steps

Step 1: The power to your range should be disconnected. Either the cord should be unplugged from the wall socket or the circuit breaker in your home’s fuse box should be toggled to cut off the power.

Step 2: The edges of the heating element should be raised and the screws that hold the heating element in place should be detached. The heating element should be gently extracted.

Step 3: The screw that secures the drip bowl should be identified. This screw is typically found beneath the heating element.

Step 4: With your Philips screwdriver, the screw fastening the drip bowl should be removed.

Step 5: The new 8-inch Frigidaire Range Porcelain Drip Bowl (A316222301) should be taken and positioned correctly.

Step 6: The drip bowl should be fastened using the screw that was extracted in Step 4.

Step 7: The heating element should be reinstalled and the screws should be ensured tightened properly.

Step 8: The cord should be reconnected to the outlet or the circuit breaker in the fuse box should be reactivated.
