Installation Steps

Step 1: Your refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply to the unit should be shut off.

Step 2: The access panel located at the back of the refrigerator should be taken off to reveal the water line.

Step 3: The water line should be detached from the existing dispenser by unscrewing the fitting or clamp.

Step 4: The screws that hold the old dispenser in place on the door's interior should be unscrewed and taken out.

Step 5: The new dispenser should be inserted into the opening and fastened using the provided screws.

Step 6: The water line should be reattached to the new dispenser and the fitting or clamp should be secured.

Step 7: The access panel on the back of the refrigerator should be reinstalled.

Step 8: The water supply should be reactivated and the refrigerator should be reconnected to the electrical outlet.

Step 9: Lastly, the water level should be set by adjusting the control knob on the dispenser.
