It operates by collecting the moisture in the evaporator coils and channeling it to evaporate either in a safe manner by natural air flow or heat. It is placed below the evaporator part of the refrigerator in the lower section of the refrigerator that provides drainage, keeps the water level down, and provides stable cooling action.
